Castrol Alpha BMB 220 is a premium-quality mineral-based gear oil, enhanced with EP/AW additives and a solid lubricant – molybdenum disulphide (MoS2). Its unique formulation provides exceptional anti-wear protection, high load-carrying capacity, and reliable operation under the most demanding conditions, including high shock loads and variable speeds.
Applications:
Castrol Alpha BMB 220 is designed for the lubrication of enclosed gear drives with high and very high load capacity, including spur, bevel, and worm gears. It is particularly suited for heavy-duty industrial applications such as conveyor drives, mills, mixers, mining equipment, and heavy machinery where CLPF-type oils according to DIN 51502 are required.
