Castrol Iloform CFX 160, 20L

Castrol Iloform CFX 160 is a high performance, medium viscosity mineral oil designed for demanding metal forming operations. The formulation of the product is based on an innovative Anti-Wear (EP) additive package that provides excellent lubricating properties and high load resistance, without the need for chlorinated additives. The product is dedicated to the most precise punching and deep-drawing operations of carbon and stainless steels.

Use:

Castrol Iloform CFX 160 is designed for cold forming of carbon steels, stainless steels and high alloy steels. Especially recommended for complex operations of accurate punching, deep drawing and bending of sheet metal up to 20 mm thick. The product should be used undiluted. It is not compatible with non-ferrous metals.

Store in tightly closed original containers, in a dry and cool place at a temperature between 5°C and 45°C. Protect from freezing, moisture and direct sunlight.
