Castrol Optigear Synthetic A 320 is a fully synthetic high-performance gear oil formulated with Microflux Trans® additives to ensure active wear protection under extreme operating conditions. Designed for use in environments with severe thermal loads, vibrations, shock loads, and variable temperatures, it features excellent low-temperature fluidity, high load capacity, and extended service intervals.

Application:

• For heavily loaded industrial gears operating under high pressure and temperature variations
• Suitable for wind turbines, conveyor systems, crane drives, lifts, and rolling mills
• For highly loaded eccentrics, gear couplings, chain drives, robot joints, and power transmission systems
• For rolling and sliding bearings, including tapered roller bearings in presses, shakers, and vibrators
• Ideal for transport systems used in winter and arctic environments (e.g., Canada, Scandinavia, Alaska)
