Castrol Variocut G 600 HC, 208L

Castrol Variocut G 600 HC is a chlorine-free neat cutting oil formulated with advanced hydrocracked EHVI base oils. Thanks to its low viscosity and a modern additive package based on sulfur-phosphorus chemistry and esters, it delivers excellent tool protection, high grinding efficiency, and cleaner working environments. Its light color, low odor and very low tendency to foam or mist make it highly operator-friendly.

Application:

Castrol Variocut G 600 HC is designed for high-performance grinding operations, including creep-feed and gear grinding, using both CBN and conventional wheels. It is also suitable for honing, superfinishing and general machining of cast iron, low-, medium- and high-alloy steels, nickel-chrome alloys as well as non-ferrous metals including yellow metals and aluminum alloys.
