ROYCO® HF-825 is a synthetic assembly fluid and O-ring lubricant formulated as a concentrated solution of methacrylate polymer (ACRYLOID™) in a synthetic diester-based oil. The product provides effective lubricity while forming a tacky film that helps hold components in position during assembly. Its ashless formulation prevents ash deposits and coke formation in oil-wetted sections of engines and hydraulic systems.

Applications:

ROYCO HF-825 is used as an assembly aid to temporarily “stick-hold” components together during the assembly of multi-component mechanisms. Typical applications include gearboxes, pumps and engine accessories. The product is also used to wet and lubricate O-rings before they are pressed into cavities, helping prevent chafing and tearing of the O-ring surface.
