Castrol Alphasyn GS 220, 20L

Castrol Alphasyn GS 220 is a fully synthetic gear lubricant formulated from carefully selected polyglycol base oils and fortified with antioxidant, anti-corrosion and extreme pressure (EP) additives offering excellent thermal and oxidative stability. It is engineered to deliver long service life and superior performance under severe load and temperature conditions.

Application:

Designed for high-temperature lubrication of gears and bearings, especially in heavy-duty equipment such as rolling mills and calenders. Ideal for worm gears operating under boundary lubrication conditions where traditional mineral oils may fail. Also suitable for fill-for-life applications, offering long drain intervals and improved system efficiency.
