Castrol Braycote 2115-2 is a thermally stable, high-temperature synthetic bearing lubricant formulated from advanced perfluoropolyether (PFPE) fluid and thickened with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). This premium grease is designed to provide superior wear protection and extend service life in high-temperature applications.

Application:

Braycote 2115-2 is specifically developed for use in high-temperature industrial applications, including oven conveyor bearings, paint drying ovens, textile tentering frames, and other environments where extreme thermal stability and minimal reapplication are required. It is ideal for lubricating bearings that operate continuously at temperatures up to 250°C (482°F) and can withstand intermittent exposure up to 280°C (536°F). Forced draft ventilation is recommended for applications exceeding 250°C.
