Castrol Hysol SL 20 XBB is an advanced semi-synthetic cutting fluid designed for efficient and safe metalworking. The boron- and formaldehyde-releasing formulation ensures worker health protection and compliance with environmental standards. The product has excellent emulsion stability, wetting properties and corrosion protection, resulting in lower operating costs and longer coolant life.

Use:

Castrol Hysol SL 20 XBB is recommended for cast iron, low and medium alloy steels. It can also be used for machining high-alloy steels, stainless steels and aluminum alloys. Ideal for operations such as grinding, milling, turning, drilling, reaming, tapping, and broaching. It works well both in central systems and in individual machine tanks.
