Castrol Hysol SL 45 XBB is a state-of-the-art, semi-synthetic cutting fluid that forms a stable cooling lubricant. Thanks to its advanced boron-free formulation and formaldehyde-releasing compounds, the product provides high machining performance, increased tool life and excellent surface quality of machined workpieces. It is ideal for central systems and individual machine tanks.
Use:
Castrol Hysol SL 45 XBB is recommended for machining aluminium and titanium alloys in the aerospace industry. It is also ideal for working with cast iron, low-, medium- and high-alloy steels, as well as stainless steels. It can be used for grinding, milling, turning, drilling, reaming, tapping and broaching.
