Castrol Hyspin HLP-D 46, 208L

Castrol Hyspin HLP-D 46 is a high-performance hydraulic oil based on highly refined mineral oils, formulated with zinc-based anti-wear additives and detergent-dispersant technology. It is designed for use in hydraulic systems operating in challenging environments, particularly where water contamination is likely.

Application:

Castrol Hyspin HLP-D 46 is used in hydraulic systems of machine tools, clutches, and drives, as well as in mobile hydraulic equipment exposed to outdoor conditions. It is especially suitable in applications where water contamination occurs, such as via coolant emulsions in machine tools or through environmental exposure. Its detergent and dispersant properties prevent deposit formation and corrosion. It also helps reduce stick-slip phenomena, improving smooth actuator movements at low speeds. The oil can also be used in systems with multi-disc clutches, offering excellent torque transfer and wear resistance.
