Castrol Optigear BM 100 is a premium industrial gear oil designed for extreme loads, vibrations, and low-speed operations. Formulated with advanced Microflux Trans Plastic Deformation (MFT PD) additive technology, it smooths micro-irregularities without frictional wear under pressure and temperature, providing outstanding protection against micropitting and scuffing. It ensures extremely low friction, reducing energy consumption and operating temperatures.

Castrol Optigear BM 100 is intended for use in heavily loaded industrial gearboxes and bearings. Ideal for gears exposed to shock loads, micropitting, and demanding operational conditions. Compatible with common sealing materials, non-ferrous metals, and industrial coatings. Suitable for use where high-performance and long oil life are essential.
