Castrol OPTITEMP™ RB 2 is a high-quality, light beige specialty grease based on polyalphaolefins (PAO), developed for the lubrication of cables in industrial robots and sliding components. Thanks to its unique consistency and neutral behavior toward elastomers and paint coatings, it is an ideal solution for use in the automotive industry and automated production lines.
Application:
Castrol Optitemp RB 2 is intended for lifetime lubrication of cables in industrial robots. It enables frictionless movement of cables in guiding rails, sheaths, and housings. It can be applied manually or by spray gun. The product is also suitable for lubricating sliding surfaces. Recommended operating temperature range: -50°C to +120°C.
