Castrol Rustilo 66 VCI is an advanced corrosion preventive oil formulated with volatile corrosion inhibitors (VCI), designed to protect metal surfaces against oxidation while enabling simultaneous cleaning and preservation of mechanical components. This product is tailored for industrial and automotive applications, where maintaining the precision and cleanliness of parts during storage is essential.
Application:
Castrol Rustilo 66 VCI is recommended for the protection of ball and roller bearings as well as precision-machined components with moving parts, where wax-like coatings are not suitable. The product can be applied by dipping in appropriately designed tanks (covered when not in use) or by spraying. Maximum protection is achieved when used in hermetically sealed packaging.

Storage:
To preserve the full properties of the product, containers must be kept tightly closed. Prevent water ingress and protect from freezing. Store in a dry, cool indoor environment at temperatures between 5°C and 45°C, away from direct sunlight.
