solvent-based water-displacing corrosion preventive
Castrol Rustilo DW 300 X is a high-performance water-displacing corrosion preventive fluid based on isoparaffinic hydrocarbon solvents. After the solvent evaporates, it leaves a very thin oily and waxy protective film, providing reliable short- and medium-term protection against corrosion.
Application:
Rustilo DW 300 X is ideal for use after electroplating processes, machining with water-miscible fluids, and aqueous cleaning operations. It provides inter-process and transportation protection. Thanks to excellent water-displacing and penetrating properties, it reaches deep into complex components and recessed areas. The product can be applied by immersion, spray, or brush – immersion is recommended for best results.

Storage:
Store in tightly sealed original containers in a cool, dry area (5–45°C), away from heat sources, sunlight and moisture. Do not allow the product to freeze. Temporary cloudiness due to temperature change is reversible and does not affect product performance.
