Castrol Spheerol BNS 2 (HTG 2), 15KG

Castrol Spheerol BNS 2 is a high-performance, non-melting grease based on a bentonite thickener and a thermally stable mineral base oil. It is specially designed for lubricating plain and rolling bearings operating under high thermal loads. The product provides excellent oxidation stability, water resistance, and corrosion protection, making it ideal for extreme industrial environments.

Applications:

Castrol Spheerol BNS 2 is recommended for:

• soot blower bearings,
• carriage bearings in quenching furnaces,
• tunnel kiln dryer bearings,
• equipment in asphalt mixing plants,
• crane mechanisms in foundries and steel plants.

Operating temperature range: from -20°C to +150°C, with short-term peaks up to +220°C. Depending on the application, more frequent relubrication may be required.
