Castrol Techniclean SC 320, 20L

Castrol Techniclean SC 320 is a specialized oil-soluble detergent additive designed for cleaning circulating lubrication systems. It effectively softens and removes sludge, varnish, and resinous deposits, keeping them suspended in the oil until they are completely flushed out during an oil change. With high viscosity, it is suitable for use with engine, gear, and hydraulic oils without altering the system’s operating parameters.

Application:

Techniclean SC 320 is used to clean oil sumps, hydraulic systems, gearboxes, and oil circulation systems prior to planned oil changes. It can also support flushing with low-viscosity oils or be used as part of a system fill. The product does not require a separate flushing cycle or disassembly of components.

Approvals and certifications:
Techniclean SC 320 is compatible with most mineral and synthetic hydrocarbon-based oils and standard sealing materials. It is suitable for use in power generation, mechanical, heavy-duty, aviation, hydraulic and lubrication systems. Not recommended for systems containing water.

Usage recommendation:
Add 5–10% of Castrol Techniclean SC 320 to the oil system at least 48 hours before the scheduled oil change. Slowly introduce the product into the reservoir to ensure proper mixing. During the cleaning cycle, monitor filter condition and flow (recommended <10 μm) to avoid contamination blockages.

Storage:
Store in tightly sealed containers between 5°C and 45°C in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not allow the product to freeze.
