Castrol Variocut B 30, 20L

Castrol Variocut B 30 is a high-performance neat cutting oil designed for the most demanding broaching and machining operations involving high-strength alloy and stainless steels. The product is free from chlorine and heavy metals and contains active sulfur to ensure excellent lubrication properties during extreme-pressure applications. It is ideal for specialized gear cutting operations, such as hobbing, form milling, and shaping.

Application:

Castrol Variocut B 30 is recommended for broaching and gear cutting operations on stainless steels and high-strength alloys. It also performs well in general machining operations such as drilling, milling, and shaping of hard materials. Due to the presence of active sulfur, it is not suitable for non-ferrous metals.

Storage:
