Castrol Variocut C 429, 208L

Castrol Variocut C 429 is a high-performance, chlorine-free cutting oil designed for a wide range of metal cutting operations. Thanks to a specially selected formula, it provides excellent cooling and lubrication during processes such as drilling, broaching, tooth cutting and grinding. The product is characterized by very good thermo-oxidative stability, filtration properties and high compatibility with a variety of construction materials.

Use:

Castrol Variocut C 429 is recommended for machining low- and medium-alloy steels and non-ferrous metals. It can be used in honing, superfinishing, grinding, drilling, broaching, tooth notching and general machining. The product is perfect for both unit and serial production.

Developed in accordance with industrial requirements, the product meets chlorine-free standards. It contains esters and EP additives: bound sulfur, phosphorus, zinc.

Storage:
Store at a temperature of 5–45°C, in tightly closed containers. Avoid contact with water and direct sunlight. Indoor storage is recommended.
